We hand picked the Imperial Topaz gemstones loose and then paired them with lovely Blue Sapphire accents. The mountings were made using CAD/CAM technology because of their exclusive shape and cut.
Imperial topaz is a medium reddish orange to orange-red. This is one of the gem’s most expensive colors. The name for Imperial Topaz originated in nineteenth-century Russia. At the time, the Ural Mountains were Topaz’s leading source, and the pink gemstone mined there was named to honor the Russian czar. Ownership of the gem was restricted to the royal family!
They are set in 14k yellow gold in a dangle style which is truly feminine. The Elongated Cushion Cut Imperial Topaz weigh 3.18ctw and the Round Blue Sapphires weigh .25ctw and are bezel set. Finished with leverbacks. Length 33mm.
